The Enforcement Problem: 2022 to 2023 data
The Animal Law Foundation has updated the data concerning the enforcement action taken by those responsible for farmed animal welfare law. Overall, the new data shows that there have been marginal increases in enforcement action across the UK since the original The Enforcement Problem, but there has been a decrease in the number of farms being inspected.
